3. Material Cutting
Paper and sponge are cut to the required size and shape to match your custom design.
4. Printing
Double-sided CMYK printing with UV-resistant colours ensures clear, consistent results.
5. Fragrance Infusion
Fragrance oils are injected or soaked evenly to achieve long-lasting and stable scent release.
6. Embossing (Optional)
Hot stamping, embossing, or debossing can be added to enhance premium branding details.
7. Sponge Bonding
Paper and sponge layers are bonded together to form a durable and stable 3-layer structure.
8. Composite Sponge
The sponge core is aligned and compressed firmly to enhance scent retention and thickness.
9. Die-Cutting
Custom shapes are die-cut precisely with smooth edges and consistent accuracy across batches.
10. String Insertion
Hanging strings are manually inserted and checked for knot security and uniform length.
11. Vacuum Sealing
Each piece is vacuum-sealed to preserve freshness, protect the surface, and extend shelf life.
12. Quality Control
Final QC checks verify scent strength, printing clarity, die-cut accuracy, and packaging integrity.
